Exhibitor registration,
you receive one conference pass for each day, that includes breakfast
and lunch. If you have additional staff who would like
breakfast and lunch, a meal ticket needs
to be purchased for $50.

  Loading Dock
  The DoubleTree hotel has ample space at the 3-bay loading dock for
   large  semi's and small delivery trucks.
The freight elevator will
   accommodate   tractors and small machinery on trailers.

  • The length of the freight elevator interior is 23'6"
  • The width of the freight elevator interior is 11'8"
