June 18 Member Field Day

Join fellow grape growers for a conversation on finishing wines. Cost is $20 per non-member. If you're an MWGA member, the field day is included in your membership.

After all of the work that has gone into a wine, both in the vineyard and the cellar, we as winemakers want to feel confident in the product we are putting into the bottle. Join us for a conversation that will promote confidence in the stability of your wine, and go into the unique challenges of finishing wines from Minnesota grape varieties. Topics we will cover include:

• Protein stability and finining
