International Cold Climate Wine Competition
August 20, 2025
The Minnesota Wine and Grape Alliance, in partnership with the University of Minnesota, presents the International Cold Climate Wine Competition for producers making wines from Cold Climate grape and fruit varietals. Proceeds from the event jointly benefit the University of Minnesota’s Research & Breeding programs and University Extension Activities, and the Minnesota Wine and Grape Alliance's efforts in promoting cold climate wines and wineries.
As the only competition dedicated to Cold Climate grape varietals, the ICCWC's goal is to recognize the best wines produced in the Cold Climate wine industry. Registration is open to any commercial winery producing wine using Cold Hardy grape varieties as defined in the rules.
Click here to register your wines through Enofile Online. Registration closes on August 15, and wines need to be delivered by August 15 at 4:30 p.m.
