About the event
Every year presents different challenges as our grapes approach ripeness. As we prepare for harvest we all have to navigate challenges from rot, pests, and weather, to finding labor and balancing physical and phenolic ripeness; we are coming together to share ideas on all of those challenges in the final weeks of the growing season, plus some of the tools at your disposal in the winery during the early stages of winemaking.
